Frequently asked questions

Do you test the ECUs before selling them?

Yes. Every unit is refurbished and put through rigorous reliability and performance tests on our test bench to ensure it works correctly before it is shipped.

Do I need to unlock this ECU?

It depends. If you do not select the unlocked purchase option when adding the product to the cart, you will need to unlock it yourself after receiving it. In some cases, we offer coded delivery at an extra cost.

Is coding included in the price?

No. Coding is offered as an additional service at a cost of €90. If this option does not appear on the product, it means it cannot be unlocked in advance; in that case, please contact us for a tailored solution.

Can I have problems buying a refurbished product?

No. Thanks to our technology and the work of our specialist technicians, we guarantee that our refurbished products offer the same performance and reliability as a new unit.

Does this product come with a warranty?

Yes. All our products include a 12-month warranty. The warranty is void if the unit is tampered with.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by bank transfer, card, PayPal or cash on delivery.
