Express repairs

If you visit our workshops in Cáceres or Badajoz, we repair your instrument cluster in 24 hours.

We can collect your instrument cluster directly from your home or workshop by courier.

Once we receive it, we repair it at our facilities and, as soon as it is ready, we send it back to you repaired and tested, ready to be fitted again.

If you do not accept the quote for repairing or exchanging the cluster, the service costs €60 for testing and transport.

All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What happens if you cannot repair my instrument cluster?

We will offer you the option of exchanging it for a fully working unit, always after consulting you and with your approval.

The cost of the exchange depends on the cluster reference and also includes a 1-year warranty, just like any repair.

How does the repair process work?

At our workshop (Extremadura): we repair it the same day.

From anywhere in Spain: we collect your instrument cluster by courier, repair it and send it back to you. The process takes 2-3 working days.

Do you offer an express repair service?

Yes. At our facilities in Cáceres or Badajoz the repair can be ready the same day.
